This School is back in time the leadership is overbaring and disrecptable to the paents and others. The office staff has a job and thats how it's comes across the others who visit this school.
I had two children attend this school. My oldest child had the most wonderful experience. She loved going to school each day to learn and looked up to her wonderful teachers. Then a change in administration occured, and it seemed to me the culture of the school changed. Perhaps this is due to so many of the 'fun' teachers leaving. Needless, to say my youngest didn't look forward to going to school, and I didn't feel as comfortable in the school as I once had. Hey we got through it!
My child attended bartlett for 2 yrs. And had an average experience. I agree that this school lacks the ability and care in attending to children with special needs. The front office staff are terrible at dealing and welcoming everyone especially the children. This is your job...If you don't like it find something else to do!
After being at Bartlett for almost 3years the office staff has not improved. Try saying 'please' and 'thank you' to the students. The office tone to the chilren is very condesending and rude. This is our future, why are we so hatful to the kids? If you dont like your job, go home and spar us all the drama Its a shame the school lost so many of the districts best teachers last year. Best of luck to those who have decided to stay.
