My child started 6th grade in 2008 and has an IEP. They have been so supportive with his needs. The teachers and resource teacher Ms Relford has been great!! Thank You
Their gifted and taleneted Cluster is a pool of about 50 per grade that are 2-3 years above the normal grade. They score in the 1120-130 range.
I taught at Winburn for several years. There was one thing I noticed the first day I was there: it has a lot of heart. Throughout my time there, I came to realize the depth and breadth of that heart. You will find no other place where the teachers work so hard and the students are cared for so dearly. I can say that with absolute certainty. Winburn faces many challenges, but it's an extremely special place. I am proud to be forever a Warrior.
I've been to 2 differnt schools in Fayette County and this is the only school I really felt good in. They make sure every body gets it before they go on.
