My son attended Morello Park from K through 5 graduating this year, 2009. I have nothing but high priase for the Morello Park staff. The principal, teahcers, staff and parents are all actively engaged. I would also like to parise the on-site Woodbridge 'day care' facility. In the safety and discipline catagory, I only gave 4 stars because, as one other reviewer mentioned, the school should investigate weakness in its security. I won't go in to what I feel the weaknesses are for fear someone will exploit them, but if someone from the school administration wants to contact me, I will be happy to expand on the subject. That said, I am not aware of the school ever having any issues with security for the children. My son thoroughly enjoyed his 6 years at Morello Park and was visibly sad when teh school year ended.

This campus is noticeably lacking adequate security. Would like to see more focus on sports and arts for creating character in children.
Mrs. Spencer was my son's 1st grade teacher. She is a wonderful teacher. I volunteered 1 afternoon a week in the class to assist with Math labs. I found Mrs. Spencer to be a very nice person, patient and very good with the children. I continue to be impressed with the school and staff. To get my son in to MOrelly, I waited in line from 5:00 PM until 8:00 AM the following day. It was well worth the wait! (Next time I will bring a chair.)

Morello park is truley one of the best and safest schools around. Our previous principal Mrs. Huft was an outstanding stong and caring principal and with her gone our great school is really lacking in quality leadership. The teachers are outstanding and my child is very happy there. The school is always clean and most importantly they have a zero tolerance for bulling.
