I am a student at this school. We are not that bad of a school. Compared to other schools in this world, we are magnificent.
Litchfield High School is not a perfect place. But if you can find somewhere that is, please let me know. The teachers at Litchfield are, at worst, too easygoing. They have a genuine care for the students and other faculty. We all recently went through the retirement of our previous principal, who was a true gem to the Litchfield High School community. This was hard on all of us, but helped us to appreciate the teachers and other members of the staff who remain. The classes offered are outstanding, with (naturally) one or two problematic professors. AP classes are offered and special help is easy to find from anyone. We have an extremely successful co-op with WAMOGO, a neighboring school. Litchfield is an amazing place for all.
I'm a student at the school and to be completely honest, it isn't the best school in the world. But it isn't the worst, yea it has its ups and downs, but with most of the teachers, you learn something, thats what school is about right?
I am a student at Litchfield High school and I have never seen a school worse than this one. There is maybe one good teacher per grade but thats only if your lucky. I think that if you are looking for a good school to send your child to or go to your self, then Litchfield is the last place you want to go. -IRVING
