Las Juntas Elementary School

This school is the best ever my child came here from another Martinez school. Las Juntas was a complete breath of fresh air. The principal, office manager, counselor, music teacher, computer teacher and core teacher all go above and beyond the call of duty. Teachers stay late well beyond 3pm, to help with homework etc. School lets out at 2:30 by the way. This place is amazing by far one of the best schools in Martinez.

I have 2 children at Las Juntas. I hesitated when we were transfered here. I heard the rumors. And yet what I found was a community unique and beautiful. The staff here are united and strong. I love this school. And I am proud that my children are a part of this 'Gem' of a school !!!!

This school is top notch! I have never seen such dedication and support from every staff member I came into contact with. The principal Mr. C.J. Cammack is by far the best principal I have ever come across in my years as a parent and a student myself. Mrs. Baldwin is an exceptional teacher, I wish I could keep my boy with her for the rest of his education. Julie Quinn is excellent and went above and beyond the call of duty in helping us. As well I can't say enough good things about Laurel Edgecomb the school counselor, she is wonderful in so many ways. We had an IEP Team and there work, help, and concern was beyond my expectations. If you live in this district this is the school to go to!
