It's a great school! It has great academic programs and electives such as band, atletics, and orchestra... Foster Middle School is especially known for their band and athletics.. Also Foster has great faculty such as our principle Sedric Clark.. The environment is exceptionally well. GO DRAGONS!!!!
Went here all three years, and although the GT program is excellent, the entire atmosphere of the school was somewhat disturbing. I did not enjoy going to school everyday, and the only I ever had any fun was in the theatre arts class, Mrs. Cuba was a wonderful teacher with much experience. If your child does not have any friends here, don't enroll them, friends are the only thing keeping people from going completely insane.
My daughter is in the 6th grade GT/Magnet Program and she and I would highly recommend the quality of the teachers and school.
