As a former student of FSHS, I have only good things to say about the school. Staff/administration actively participated in the education process to better enhance my education to its fullest potential. I am glad to call Fairmont Senior my alma mater and to carry on the 'Polar Bear' tradition through my children.
Fairmont Senior is the best school in Marion County without a doubt. The teachers are involved in my son's work and take to explain a problem if he has one. The school's athletic teams and clubs are also well-rounded and fun. At Fairmont Senior High School the theme seems to be 'teamwork' and 'no matter what, give 110 percent'. Great school.
Fairmont Senior High School is an amazing place and I have loved all four years that I have been here. I will miss it when I go to college this fall. The teachers are amazing and prepare you for college, as well as for life. The students are friendly, and all of the extracurricular activities are exquisite! Mr. Chad Norman, the new principal, is A+++ in my book!
