East middle school is a wordful school I know cause I go to it. I went to a school in Texas is was bad, but east deals with probles. I like it,all of the kids there are kind and fun.
My daughter attended East Middle School for 3 years. The teachers were outstanding as was the vice principal. The music and art programs were great. A large percentage of the student body was from economically depressed areas. Exposure to many economic and ethnic cultures is one of the best educations all children can obtain. East did an excellent job in doing this.
Low parent involvement and even lower academic scores make this the lowest end of the ruler for measuring success. It has been scoring the lowest each year on standardized tests and provides little after school academic programs.
