You either excel in sports and become every teacher's favorite, or you become outcasted and start smoking. Basically, those are the two options. Thank God for Running Start.

Concrete School's lack positive academics for the kids, and needs more quality teachers. The principal at the H.S. is very active in all the kids' lives which is great to know. It's a shame that however after kids graduate from the H.S. here tho, kids must take other classes at the college in order to be successful in the real world.

Concrete high school is very tight knit and has over the top school spirit. the class choices are somewhat limited but overall its a great school

Concrete High School is a tight knit community of children who have spent all thirteen years of school together. This works well for building bonds and relationships, but the school is lacking in other areas. The academic programs are greatly limited. Only one foreign language is available, and challenging work is difficult to find in the courses offered. The music program has suffered large cutbacks and is working hard to keep it together. On the more positive side Concrete again meets the after-curricular needs. Sports are available, and usually well funded. Parents are involved, and the students rally around the sports teams. Overall Concrete is not what it should be academically, but holds a social atmosphere that is not available at a large school.
