ugh! steet clear if you can. standardized state testing clearly shows the quality of this school. my son went here for two years before I pulled him out for a better option. discipline is lax, bullying is not addressed, teachers seem distant, and the principle is lacking is seriously lacking in basic people skills (hiding in his office during curriculm night instead of welcoming parents)
I have had 4 children at Wegner School and they have all experienced and continue to experience high-quality education along with kindess from the entire staff. I am proud to be a Wegner School parent.
My son just finished kindergarten class. I was so happy with his teacher and the job she did. The only thing that I did not like was, there were 29 kids in his class.
Excellent pre-school program! The entire staff is absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and caring enviroment to learn in. My kids loved attending pre-school here and are still in the district #33 schools.
