It is exceptional in teaching children of many different countries and cultures. A very good school for all students.
I must say that I miss Unity Point School soooooo much. I recently moved to Champaign Illinois and the schools here are nothing compared to Unity Point. Unity Point has an A+ breakfast and lunch menu, the programs are great and the environment is superb. Im contemplating moving back to Carbondale for my daughter to continue at Unity Point;

I have all three of my children enrolled at Unity Point. All three absolutely love the school. I am glad they are exposed to many cultures and have friends from many countries. I have found that the teachers do an excellent job providing instruction and activities that both help with mastery of skills and also enrichment. There are many dedicated coaches for athletics and also top notch art and music teachers that put on outstanding musicals and art displays.

My child is only in kindergarten this year, but he has already learned so much. I don't feel like he was challenged enough at his other school. The end of the first quarter is very close and he has already learned to read and spell several words, letters, numbers, etc. I am so impressed, so far, with the quality of education he is getting compared to his previous schools. He was behind on his speech and developmental skills at his other school, and has required very little of UP services, because he has advanced so much in the short time he's been there.
