We have been at LCDS for 8 years. It has a new head of school, new head of upper school, new head of lower school. It has changed a lot. It has a great lower school. Middle school is mediocre and I don't know about upper school except that is it very small. I have found that with all the new people, the school has lost a lot of that personal touch but I would definetly recoomend lower school.
As a student, I really enjoy LCDS. I think that Lower and Upper school are the best years, while Middle School was not as fantastic. However, with the promise of a new head of middle school, I hope that this will change. LCDS both encourages both the arts and sports which I love. I highly recommend my school.
This is my daughter's fourth year attending this school and I couldn't be happier. The teachers are spectacular and truly love their jobs and the children.
This school is excellent. My son is in the lower school and is doing wonderfully. The teachers are so caring and involved with each child. The facility is beautiful and the parents are involved as well. I wouldn't send my son to any other school in Lancaster.
