The sports have come a long way since some of the previous postings! They have volleyball, basketball, soccer, tennis, cheerleading and this year a football team. Academically this school is very good. Yes the principal and director know all the children by name. The office staff couldn't be nicer! My children really like it and they feel safe. What more could I ask for.
This is a great school. The small class size is a huge plus and my child is doing great here. Because CFP is non profit, it relies on parents to keep it going, thus the fundraising. The Principal and the Director know each child's name which is a wonderful thing. We may not have a big athletics program, but the academic side can't be beat. I find it very hard to believe that a child leaving CFP to go to public school are on the same level. The upper school kids are all taking AP and Honor classes, that is not the way it is in public school.

CFP is a wonderful school. The majority of the teachers are of a very high caliber, highly educated and caring. It is a not for profit, ie not a business so of course there is fundraising. The amounts raised and where the money is spent is published and distributed to all the parents. The small class size is a huge plus, the principal and director know the names of every child in the school. It is a warm and caring place for children to grow and learn.

The school is great for the lower levels - but there is no money being put back in to offer things for the older kids. The sports program is a joke for the middle and high school. Most of the parents who were once involved leave out of frustration. The enrollment for grades 6th - 12th is small - there is little room for social growth in such a small group. When my daughter left to go to public school she was on the same academis level.
