Not a very good school, but being the only public high school in town, I guess they can get away with that. If you can afford it I would send my child to private school. This school is out of control and it seems as if noone can do anything about it.
A great number of opportunities for the students; however, the entire school district seems to cater to the large influx of undocumented immigrants that abound in the city. Many of the other students aren't recognized for their accomplishments.
This school is absolutely terrible. The teachers are often out of line with their students and curriculum is rarely explained clearly enough to understand. I'm sending my daughter back to her old high school because I'm so disappointed with GISH.
This is the best school. Better then any other. Most excellent teachers. Fun, enjoyable experience. Never will be a day you leave mad.
