I also agree with previous posts that the school is good in some areas and poor in others. The education my child received in the early years was adequate for a start up school. Where the school lacked most as time went on was in leadership. When we noticed our child had difficulty reading and writing, we were extremely disappointed with the school's response to our request for help. After a year of trying to get services for our child, we decided to leave and put our child in a school that would enable her to learn. Today we are very happy with our child's progress, and have no regrets as well.
I feel confident that Two Rivers School staff is equipped with a well qualified and patient staff who has the ability to deal with students who are not always in the top five of their class. The tutoring program at two rivers has great reviews also, I'm hoping for the best from it for my son. I'm very excited to be member of the Two Rivers Charter School Family!
Two Rivers' students are on an expedition to learn about life, themselves, and the world around them. It's a school where my daughter will be challenged and have fun learning for years to come!

I agree with previous posters who wrote that the school is great in some areas, poor in others. Our child's education in the early grades was quite adequate. Expeditions integrate various subjects like math and social studies. Arts curriculum is a plus. Some of the teachers are stellar. But . . . We were unhappy with the school leadership's response to an increase in bullying and a lack of challenge that our child experienced last year. After a lot of consideration, we left the school and have had no regrets. Bottom line: I recommend Two Rivers for the early grades, and there are a few great teachers in the middle and upper grades; however, the school administration needs to take a proactive approach to addressing social and academic issues that derail many schools in the middle school years.
