Excellent teachers and principal. The academics are top-notch. Parental involvement is very high. When parents and teacher staff care about learning the kids excel. Dickerson is no exception. The only reason one might want to put their children in a parochial school is for the religious aspect. As far as discipline and academics Dickerson is on par or above local private schools.
My daughter and son have been at Dickerson since kindergarden and they are know in third and fourth grade it is such a great school that for almost five years we have been driving from riverside. School, teachers, students, staff, and parents are all great. It is a wounderful school.
My daugheter is only in 1st grade but her 2 years there have been great! I feel so comfortable and safe everyday because the principal, office staff, and a lot of teachers get to know each child and each childs name. It makes it so personal and comforting!
