I am a parent and have my son at rms and they are moving to paramus this june ,and i will continue to follow them because of there committed staff and director i wish them all the best as they truely deserve it
I worked at RMS while attending college to become a Certified teacher. It was the best experience I've had. I've learned so many great teaching and learning tools to use in my own classroom. RMS has the best caring, loving, well-educated staff members. It was truly like working with family!! The children at RMS are extremely engaged in fun learning activities and seem to enjoy every bit of it. I love the involvement of parents within the school. It's a pleasure, as a teacher, to see parents and schools working together for the benefit of each child! RMS is the Greatest!!
I taught at RMS for 2 years and didnt understand how wonderful of a school it was until I left. Since leaving RMS and teaching at several other schools around the country, I will be lucky to find a school even half as wonderful.
This is a wonderful school to send your children. The teachers and director really follow the Montessori method and value each child's uniqueness. Our daughter had a difficult time with transitions and cried every day for 8 weeks! All of the teachers and administrative staff were extremely supportive with getting her adjusted to the new environment and regularly sent letters home or called to let us know how she had progressed each day. Our daughter is in her second year at RMS and will be starting kindergarten at public school in the fall. After reviewing the public school curriculum we found that our daughter has already learned 80% of what will be taught! The school offers computer (add'l cost), french and spanish classes one day a week. Also, I appreciated the diversity of the staff...the teachers shared their culture with the class and my daughter definitely enjoyed it.
