This is a great school. I've had 3 children go through the school and loved the teachers and the principal. The teachers are warm and friendly and the staff is terrific. All of my children blossomed here.
Montessori Learning Center is a private pre-school & kindergarten. My daughter attended the 'toddler' class when she was 2 1/2. It was a small nurturing environment with 2 teachers and approximately 10 children. She loved it and thrived in it. Yoga was taught once a week. She has now graduated to the older 5 day a week program. This class is larger and is 'mixed ages'. She is also enjoying this class. Once a week there is French and Dance. I highly recommend the school, especially the toddler class.
My daughter is currently going here. SHe is currently in Pre-K. SHe liked it when she was younger, at age 3. However, since she requires much more stricter discipline and academics, she will be going to a private catholic school. THe good things about MLC, are the teachers and staff. They are extremely involved with the kids and the parents. THe curriculum is typical for Montessori method. And its very good.
My son currently attends MLC and he is thriving, since going to a montessori school. The teachers are very warm, professional and extremely committed. The principle is very friendly and shows a great concern for the children of her school. My son used to go to other private schools (non montessori) and they were too strict. He thrives nows at MLC. I highly recommend it.
