My daughter is in Pre-K and although I had some minor issues with the teacher, the academics are outstanding at this level. My daughter is 5 and is already starting to read and knows a lot about the bible basics. Principal Pratt seems to be a very caring and understanding professional and will listen to your problems. We have had meetings with him and he resolved our problems. The only problem is that they seem to have a problem keeping teachers. We initially had second thoughts about re-enrolling due to tuition price but now we have no doubts. I am truly amazed at the progress my daughter is making!
I am very dissapointed in the leadership of the school. Whenever you have a problem with a teacher, the principal pretty much tells you that it's your child that has a problem. I would be open to that possability if my child were the only one that is struggling. But when 2/3 s of the class is having the same problem, to me that indicates a teacher problem. The principal has a problem keeping some of the teachers in line and making them do their job. This is very difficult for the children to know what is expected of them when assignments change constantly and the parents are not informed and don't know what to help their child with. There are some fantastic teachers there Ms. Vasseur and Ms. Royster for example are amazing and if your child is in their class you are in for a wonderful year.

The upper grade teachers are very dedicated but lack updated books/materials. The discipline can be a little extreme for minor infractions. However, the weekly academic progress reports are great. The Principal is wonderful and very supportive to parents as well as the students. Overall, I am satisfied with this school.
