My child is in kindergarten and I have found myself very involved in her progress. The school makes sure to keep you in the loop of your childs progress and expectations. The teacher does a good job of keeping order in her classroom. I recently attending an orientation with the principal there, however I was disappointed that she did not introduce herself and make us feel confident about her leadership. I am satisfied with the teachers academic plans and that all the teachers are doing the same thing. So far, I am very satisfied with Pinewood.
My Daughter is in the 5th Grade at Pinewood and she enjoys it. Academy standard is very high. There is constant communication between me and her teacher. School keeps us informed by newsletters almost everyday. The teachers are great, and so is the Principal Ms. Goodrum. Environment is safe. Alot of 'family nights'.I would recommend this school to anyone.
My daughter was there for K. The teachers were great. Very good teaching plans and style. They have good safety regulations.
My son is in the ESE program and he is doing wonderful. He has gain self-esteem and learning so much. His speech is so much better. The teachers and staff are very caring. My son wants to go to school and he loves his teacher. The teachers and staff seem to be in control and not the other way around. I would recommend this school.
