As a former student of Groves High School, I can not speak well for the school. I came to Groves as a freshman this year, and within the first week we were having problems. The teachers are excellent, and the education is okay, but the students within the school make it quite hard to enjoy. Groves had it's trouble makers, just like every other high school I will admit. But it seemed as if the teachers had no control over of the students. I suggest placing your child in another school if he/she isn't strong willed, and willing to put up with problems. I'm faced with applying for homeschool at this point: which is NOT the best option.
this school is a joke and lacks everything essential to learning. i'm a former student and slept all day every day and came out with a 3.5 GPA
I am a former student and now have a son attending and it improved in few years and I belive it to be on track to becoming a great school
