As the parent of a child with special needs, I found Neal Dow to be very unresponsive to my requests. The principal seems to be detached and uninvolved. We had problems with bullying that also were never fully resolved.
My son attended Neal Dow his entire elementary career, my Daughter is in 1st grade at Neal Dow- I could not be happier. They offer Fine Arts, music and excellent teachers.
Really great teachers and staff. More music, arts, sports, etc. would be awesome, but a great job is done with what is available. Lots of parent involvement. The Neal Dow community is an awesome group to be involved with.
