I am very pleased with this school, its programs, its staff and administration. The teachers care about the students and the administration constantly reassesses where the school is/needs to go.
An O.K. school in national comparison with some excellent teachers. Losing ground and settling for third and fourth choices as far as hiring new staff to replace retiring staff, as it is so expensive to live in the valley. Needs to focus not just on the bottom percentage of students, but needs to help those who are high achieving as well. Some counseling and scheduling policies are geared to assisting the lowest common denominator leaving those who excel to fend for themselves.
All three of my childen graduated from WRHS as well as my husband and I. An Excellent high school! A wonderful community dedicated to quality education.
