i went to bemis and it was the worst expirence of my life. i cried because i did not want to go to school. there was maybe one teacher out of the two years i kind of liked. there was nothing fun, they handled things poorly, dont recomend it at all
I used to go to this school before i transfered to another state. I couldnt believe what was on here about this school. Compared to the school transferred to the end of my 8th grade year this school is a great school. The diciplinary problems are nothing compared to the types of things teachers deal with at my current school.
Under the current administration this school is poor. My son was failing his math class (F's on 4 tests) and when I asked that he be allowed to change teachers to see if it was the material or presentation the change was denied. The principal said the reason for the change was not a valid one. I had to take my case to the Executive Director's office to get my son's class changed. It took two long months what a waste of a 10 weeks. Other parents simply moved their kids to another school since the principal would not allow them to try another teacher. Try another school they might be more student friendly than this one.
