Having made history at the the Rogers i am more than delighted to say that i attended this Middlde school. The faculty creates a very warm and approachable environment. Many doors were open to me at the Rogers i had the opportunity to commence their very first school newspaper titled EnPhocus. At the tender age of 14 i graduated at the head of my class and with a lifetime of cherishable memories.
My name is Lynda, my husband and I attended the Rogers when we were younger. My son is now a jr at Boston Latin Academy. He had a teacher I had who has since retired. My Son went to the Rogers for one year in the advanced program. This program prepared him for the 7th grade at BLA. My Daughter is now there in the advanced program, next year she will attend Boston Latin for 7th grade. The Rogers is a wonderful school. The New principal is wonderful and very active with the children's achievements, One thing that could improve is advanced notice about activities, open house, and how to join parent groups. I would have loved to belong to a parent group but was not notified. I feel more newsletters about the school be sent home. I would overall rate this school as a plus. My two children enjoyed.
