Striving for excellence is what this school is all about. Personally, I went to Ida Diaz Jr. High during the years of 99-02. I was offered numerous of AP classes, which without a doubt I took. The environment in this junior high is great for a newcomer, alwayz having the warm welcoming of a family. This school is a very competitive school,has a great reputation in sports, alwayz having that winning tradition. This school has helped me alot in life, specially the attention one gets. Parents are involved to their fullest. Many of my friends had their parents as parent volunteers. Mariachi, ballet folklorico, art and much more were offered in this school. In conjuction to all this, this school is great for any student that want to leave his/her 'mark' on earth.
