This School is thw worst if you have the chose go to kanapaha. The deans favor the kids and they tried to adopt a bullying program but my child has been bullyed by someone and the deans do nothing about it. This school is a bad choice.
There is a wide variance in the teaching at this school. The older teachers are really good, but the principals seem bent on getting younger teachers who seem more interested in having kids like them than in teaching them. The principals seem to have favorites in parents, students, and teachers. If you aren't a favorite, you're in trouble.
Fort Clarke Middle provides an excellent learning environment. Administration encourages parental involvment and I found it easy to arrange parent/teacher conferences. My daughter was well prepared for high school.
I love this school. This school has tought me more then just math, reading, scocial studies, and all that stuff. It tought me how to become a good student. This school does not get the credit it deserves!
