YIHS honors both individuality and team work. The students are intimately involved in the running of the school and the creative spirit is inherent in the curriculum. The atmosphere is more like college than a typical high school and graduates are well prepared for real life and higher education.
An incredible school, whose unique dynamic of student initiative and community engagement creates a learning environment of infinite possibilities.
This is a great school. I've never seen happier students. I've never seen students so motivated to learn. This is a great place and I definitely think anyone looking for something more than what you find in public school should check this place out.
The poor excuse for an education isn't worth the money people pay for their education at YIHS. Several students have graduated with what I would call barely a third grade reading level. If you actually want your children to learn anything do not send them here.
