Bales Elementary School

I find it hard to even give this school one star. From the very first day of school last year we had nothing but problems. The school has no sense of organization....communication...discipline...encouragement...nothing at all. Trying to get a returned call from a teacher or any type of staff is like pulling teeth. My kids will NOT return to Bales. I seriously recommend they get it together.

The one and a half stars for this school I give to the Teachers that are there to TEACH my 2 kids and for the office faculty that are THERE TO HELP you and answer the many questions and concers of Many Parents. I know that even if you the parent has one day to give to your childs teacher to help him/her you get a different AND a BETTER understanding of the Adults WHO want to be at Bales Teaching or are there to Socialize. I am doing my best to NOT bring my kids back next year!

I don't how anyone could possibly give Bales elementary even one star. The principal in non-exsistent, they never answer the phone, or return calls. I have walked into the office many times to phones just ringing. How can we expect our children to show respect and good nature to others when the people they spend most of their time around (teachers and faculty) aren't they role-models they should be? I am extremely disappointed with the discipline at Bales, The things that children get away with are unbelievable. The faculty don't seem to care about the well-being of our children and like to sweep things under the rug. Plus the lack of motivation from everyone is extremely tiring to those who care and try to carry the workload of everyone else. I have 4 children who won't be returning to Bales next year.

Bales is by far the worst school that I have have taken my children to. The classrooms are over crowded and the faculty just doesn't seem to care. I have never been able to get in contact with any of the administration, even when I walk in the school personally or call multiple times in the day. I have heard nothing but great things about Westpark Elementary from my friends and plan on enrolling my children there on monday... I hear the have Open enrollment!
