Adams is so helpful to my family. When I couldn't pay for glasses for my son they helped pay for them! They are trying to close this school and I don't see why. It makes no sense to over crowd another school and spend money for gas and buses when most kids walk to school.
Adams is a great school in many ways. They are a stable place for many kids who come from difficult homes. Nearly all of the teachers are hard working and really care about the students. Their test scores just went up from 'low' to 'average'. There is a new pricipal. In some ways she is great. She has reached out to the comunity in a positive way. Unfortunaly she has also failed to suport her staff in positive ways and many of the great staff there are considering leaving. This would be a huge loss for these kids who really need them.
