It amazes me how parents blame schools for their children's failure. Lets accept failure and watch our children more closely. What part did you as a parent play in your child's not succeeding in certain areas. What part as a parent did you play in enhancing your child's strengths. I hate to say it also; i wouldnt be surprised if its an Arab parent. They almost always blame school system.
I respect your experience at Badr School. However, the system there has improved greatly the staff is qualified and the adminstration evaluates and monitors teachers regularly. Teachers are given various personal developement workshops and also there is the catapolt system for children who need extra help. Also in order to improve your childs education you should work closely with your childs teacher. Volunteer and attend all PTA meetings. Although a school has to have a discipline sytem in place, that begans at home.A teachers primary role is to help build skills needed for lifelong learning not babysitting. There is not much time that can be utilized on a student who refuses behave properly while beyond parental vision. My advise is that we as parents should honestly realize the character of our chldren and work closely with others to help mold the future generation with a sense of respect and responsibilty.
I find that the teachers there are truly qualified to teach and beyond that they are often monitored and evaluted for their performance by the school admistration. And there is a system in place for children that need extra help. By the way its the catapolt system. My advise to anyone who has problems with thier children in school would be to work closely with the teacher and see how your children can get extra help. Ask the teacher for internet resources located in the teachers editions that provide work at home activities for students. Also be an active volunteer in your childs school and attend all PTA meetings and make a difference in your childs education. And I also believe behavior starts in the home. A teacher's primary duty is to help build skills needed for life long learning.

Badr school administration has good intentions but has a horrible system. The teachers should be checked out and evaluated before teaching. My 3 chidren went there 2 being honor students and the other having constant problems now they go to another school that has a great system an teachers are all certified teachers. Please if you send your child to badr make sure you learn each teachers education background my children are having a hard time adjusting to there new school because of the lack of knowledge badr school teachers had and they were allowed to teach. My two girls need help in review work that should have been done the prievious year when they attended badr and my son has no promblems and they labeled him a problem child in badr. Hopefully they have changed and have a better system and certified teachers now.
