The teachers are not fair when it comes to discipline. If a black child picks on a white child or a overweight child picks on a skinny child they do nothing to that child for fear of what their parents will say. On the other hand the child getting picked on gets in trouble if they try to defend theirself and will not be allowed to tell the child or vice principal what really happened. I think in this day and age we should all be treated the same. Not get away with stuff because of our skin color or weight. MHES should be ashamed!!!!
We are very unhappy with this school. We have had nothing but problems and no one wants to help resolve them. We can't wait to move to get out of this ditrict.
Very wonderful staff. Principals are very friendly and helpful. The teachers are great. My daughter was reading 8th grade level books in 4th grade! I agree, MHES is a great school!
MHES is the best school in the area! My daughter completed the second grade this year and had an excellent experience. The staff is amazing they work so hard to make sure each and every child succeeds and is empowered. Mrs. Clark is an amazing teacher and her class shined because of it. The Administration is always available and makes each day a pleasure at this school. We love MHES and will remain in this neighborhood until each of our children has graduated from MHES!
