Geneva Elementary has the best teachers. If I didnt live in Colorado, thats where my little ones would be going next year!

I went to school at Geneva when I was younger and now my children go there. It is a wonderful school that encourages parent involvement & has wonderful teachers.

We are now wrapping up our first year at Geneva and I can't say enough great things about it. My two children's teachers, though very different from each other, were equally fantastic. The small-town quality of this school combined with a challenging academic environment made this a great place for our kids to thrive. At our previous school siblings weren't even allowed on campus. Fortunately that is not at all the case at Geneva, and therefore we've been able to attend lunches, plays, meetings, etc., without either having to find a babysitter of not attend the event. This school really seems to have it's priorities in order, even in times when the state is pressuring everyone to 'teach' the FCAT. Also, I have to mention that this school is kept immaculate by the custodial staff.

in recent years there seems to be a lack of funding for SLD and LD kids, IEP hours are not always met due to not enough staff, lack funding for items like extra text books or books on tape which are free but lack ability to follow thru to meet kids needs and becoming very poor at keeping track of kids with chronic illness such as asthma. not the A school it used to be. there is more to a good education than just FCAT scores. As for after school programs they have a lot they are just all expensive, if you have the money great if not your out of luck at this school.
