This school is falling to pieces ever since the change of principal took place. it practically has no extra ciricular activities at all. You do nothing in LEARNS. The library is ok, but i do wish they would get more challenging books... the teachers are all great, but its the principal that needs to change.
Wilson is fighting to survive. It's in SAIT, which means it's one step from state take over. There are no real extra curricular activities or electives. There is Spanish. However students take history and science only twice a week. I guess those count as electives now. Pretty campus though.
Wilson offers a truly diverse educational experience and has been fantastic for my son. The teachers are excellent and the educational and extra-curricular activities are very numerous.
The school is very good, it does have a gate program. Kids who are advanced are in a class some of the seventh graders are even in eighth grade classes because of how smart they are.
