My son finished Kindergarten and will be entering 1st Grade. We hve been thrilled with the teachers, principal and the community feel of Longfellow. Our daughter is starting in the Pre-K class this year, and we are very excited about growing with this community.
Our daughter attended this school from 4th - 6th grade and is about to enter a UC. Our son has been in since kindergarten. He will be entering the 3rd grade. The school keeps getting better. Our son has had wonderful teachers, and the principal is excellent. Also, the District has a very good GATE program and Longfellow has many teachers trained in GATE programs, not merely 1 per grade.
My Son is going into Second grade. He loves the school and so do we. He has had great teachers who have great control on the class. The principle Ms Ingber is always around and leading by example with her approach to students and family. The extra curricular activities could be better
