my daughter went to alma and we loved it,so now my son goes to.he is in mrs.greenes class this year, and loves it.alma keeps me informed.I love the faculty and staff.it's a great school. amanda mckown

Alma is a pretty good school. I think the school suffers because of the lack of attention that parents should be placing on the homework and the school activities of the Child. Parents who have no interest in their child, reflects unsuccessful grades. Alma does give great individualized attention, the building is lacking in that it is the same building with a few additions that my 60 year old father attended. I enjoyed my time there as a child and when my step son attended, I had no problems with teachers or staff. But something just grips you when there is low turnout to parent, teacher functions.

To all the parents out there Alma truly is a great school. My grandchild attend and I had a neice that attended and now in the 11th grade. Just to give you an idea on why I know that they are teaching the things that need to be taught. My niece is still an all 'A' student, My granddaughter teacher now is Mrs. Sullivan and she covers all the things that will help with testing and she make sure that the child has learn the area before moving on. She offers one on one if a child need that. And another great thing is she make she she contact you if something is wrong. You may also contact her a school and at home. Thank God for Alma.
