All 3 of my kids have attended this school. My oldest is now a sophmore at FSU. My second is in 8th grade, and youngest is in 5th grade. This school has been consistantly good throughout the years. The teachers are caring and some are very exciting. My youngest loves her science teacher , Mr. 'B' (Belsavage). Everyday she comes home with new science facts. Way to go staff! My daughter loves to learn and is an honor roll student. The only complaint I can think of is that the school really focuses on the 'fcat' testing. They school the kids in making a good test score. Otherwise, they are great! I would recommend this school to any family.

I think this school is great I use to go to school here my sister use to go to school here and The teachers and the staff are great people and know how to treat the students. They take care of the students like they where there own children and that is what every parents needs to know.
I think HNIS has a great staff and very caring teachers. Our child has received more help in this school, then he did all of the years he was at HNPS.

I think this school is terrible. The first day of school they did not make sure the kids got on the correct bus or even got to the bus at all. My daughter missed her bus and we had to pick her up. My wife showed up to get her and no one checked my wifes ID to make sure she was allowed to pick her up. It could of been anyone trying to take her. They send the children home with homework for things they have not even started teaching yet. They are more worried about the children writting in cursive then to have them spell the words correctly.
