East Windsor High School

I have been educated in England for 5 years, Hartford CT for 2 years, and Enfield CT for 5 years. In short I have seen the pros and cons of several education systems. I have raised four kids in East Windsor, and they have all been educated in the East Windsor school system. I have found that the teachers capable and caring K-12. At the High School level, most are available to help the kids with their difficulties and pursue a positive policy of personal expansion for the students. The guidance staff are exceptional and make time for any . In this day and age of heading for the door when the last bell rings - teachers, not students, it has been refreshing and gratifying to me to see East Windsor teachers walk a different line. Genuine caring and education for our kids!

This is one of the most depressing and oppresive institutions in which i have ever set foot. I feel smothered creatively and emotionally. There is a certain administrator who is head-and-shoulders above the rest on the oppression scale. Everything about this school is lacking, mainly due to budget constraints and other factors set forth by the blind and deaf administration. I am glad that i have less than a year left!
