I absolutely love teaching at Harper. It has a warm and inviting atmosphere where students are given many opportunities to excel. The teachers are provided with a plethora of materials to make learning fun and exciting for all students. Teachers also receive support from not only a wonderful principal, assistant principal, literature coach, and math coach but also from mentor teachers. Together the Harper Family strives to make great gains while providing a peaceful, loving, and nurturing environment for all.
Harper is a moderate school. I belive it can be made better with a much stronger teaching staff. I do like the way that Harper acknowledges the honor students. They most definitely have a strong principal and she is always seen at the student events. The vice principal is also proactive. I just wish they could come accross some better teachers.
