Kindercare #1233 has a number of good qualities including some very caring and energetic teachers and assistants. I've also been generally pleased with safety and security issues. The downfall at this site (for me) is that there are rampant behavior management issues. Seven out of 10 times that I go to pick up my 3-year-old daughter, there are multiple behavioral issues going on- some of which appear on the verge of being out of control (tantrums, fighting, etc.). The primary behavior management strategy appears to be use of stern verbal reprimands, which is clearly inadequate. I'm now looking for a different location for my daughter to attend pre-school. Overall, this is an average daycare program.
