I am a parent. I find the discipline slack, thoughtless, and condescending. The administration cares only about the SOLs. They have far too many fundraisers for this economy, and it's cheesy stuff at best. Limited or no security person. Bullying is prevalent, and I am trying to move my child to Culpeper Middle, I understand the environment is not as mean spirited. How this principal remains is beyond me.
this school is un organized and the staff does not tell students and parents about events much less cares.
I'm a former student at FTBinns and It was probably the best school I have ever attended. It was so clean and so well organized all the time. The staff was strict, but always on task and very helpful to every student. I know I was guided in the right direction and it has helped me greatly in high school.
