My son has been going to Brooklake since preschool and is in second grade now. Teachers have been fabulous, school safety and atmosphere superior. However, in the last year, I know two students that were in the same grade have been taken out of Brooklake and put in public schools. The curriculum at Brooklake is behind the public school teaching of these other two students. I wish they offered accelerated programs like they do in the public school of Browns Point and Green Gables.

I have been going to this school since kindergarten. I'm extremely depressed to know that I'm going to be leaving this year. The students here are so kind and loving. The teachers are amazing and they know how to communicate the concept wiht the child. They take extra time with students if they need help. They have tutored after school or even breaks. The person who wrote the classes are an average of 27 people is wrong . In all my years of being in Brooklake my average class size has been 18-20 students. Plus, the teachers take extra time if you don't get a topic. This is way better than a public school. This is an excellent school to go to. I wish I didn't have to leave. If they had a high school I would stay without thinking twice. You won't regret sending your child here.

I had high hopes when moving my son from a public school to Brooklake, so I guess disappointment was bound to happen. I am more than frusterated, as are the teachers, at the class sizes. I was told at orientation that the class sizes are 14-19, however, apparently they only have two teachers this year and the class sizes often range around 27. The office has assured me that this is 'only at certain times of the day' however, my son and his teacher both claim that the class size is 27 the majority of the day. The 'specialized attention' I was hoping he would receive is not happening.
