Not the best Montessori school compair to other school in Seattle and Bellevue. My son has been attending it and haven t see any progress. Talked with other parent they have same concerns. Staff is not friendly and they are always doing fundraise for something every other week. School in the middle of a jungle. Giving it one start.
This is a great school and community. If it weren't for the great parents and teachers I don't know what I would do. This school is great and both kids are doing excellent in school
We sent 2 kids there for over 4 years. Strong Arts and Music programs and a nice community. The educational curriculum is not strong at all. Both childrens were extremely behind when integrated at older ages to the local public school. Frequent turn over of Head of school which interfers with staff communication and harmony in work place (four different Heads over 4 yrs). The school does not work with special needs students. They did not recognize any signs of ADHD or have any interest in assisting our child when a diagnosis was made. This is not a good enviroment for students that are not self starters or motiviated independantly. I don't feel the teacher are trained to the level they need to be to meet higher expectation for students in the current educational system.
