I am a teacher and have taught in Gwinnett County for all 15 years. I am also a product of Gwinnett Co. Schools being a graduate of Parkview. I think Grayson is an excellent place for students. At any place you go, there is always room for improvement, but you have to go into it with a good attitude. Those that I saw excell (even non-athletes) were those that had that positive attitude. They were going to do well regardless of who their teacher was or what the administration was doing or not doing. The school is open to help from all parents. The best way to help is not complain, but come up with a solution to what you see as a problem.

This is our first year at Grayson High, We moved to this area specifically due to the high recommendations of Mconnell and Grayson. I have some issues with the high school so far, not the least is the way I feel when i walk in to check out my child. I was told my daugher had two offenses, one due to being 20 minutes late! with me checking her in,. the other for being checked out by me her mom? I hope the greater good of this school is not overshadowed by many over the top rules, and it would be nice to be addressed as an adult when walking in to deal with the people checking in and out the students, or dealing with parents..
