Do not send your children to this school. This school is very unorganized and I hate it and so do my children. I can not wait to move so I can get them out of there. I have personally witnessed a teacher yelling at a kindergarten student in the lunchroom for absolutely no reason, I guess she was just having a bad day. It was unacceptable and I was disgusted with it. I also think that 'bullying' needs to be addressed not only by this school but by childrens parents.
My daughter has attended Mayberry for Kindergarten and 1st grade and soon will be attending for second grade. I am very discouraged with this school and just as soon as possible will be switching schools.
I have had 1 child attend Mayberry from 3rd thru 5th and I currently have another child that has attended Mayberry from K thru currently in 3rd grade. I have been Extremely pleased with our principal. I think he is the best thing about Mayberry School. I wish the school was more racialy balanced. But other than that I have been pleasantly surprised with the school.
