Edison-Oakland Public School Academy

This is an excellent school. We removed our daughter from Royal Oak Public Schools to attend Edison Oakland and are pleased. The school's focus is on reading which helped with my child's learning. Great program and well mannered young students.

This is a really good school. It prepared me for high school.I now attend Renaissance High School.

well i go to edison oakland im in the 8th grade now and i really enjoy that skool its very operated and ran accordinaly most of the time lol.. the staff/ administrators are great espically Ms.Coleman she always knows what she's doing... Ms. L.simmons is a great ,funny administrator and keeps us all in check... well mostly all the staff and administrators up at this skool keeps us in check and thats a good skool....

I used to teach at this school and it was the worst teaching experience I have ever had. The administration was not supportive of teachers and had no idea how to run a school. Some of the administration had never been teachers. Ms. Simmon was the only administrator that knew what she was doing. I was asked to come back but I am so happy that I choose to look for another teaching job where I could actually teach!
