Don't go to this school! The parents are terrible and get involved in every little fight their children get into. Everyone in the school is 'cliquey', even the parents. When the children transfer to catholic/public high schools they go into low classes, while kids who attended public middle schools go into sophmore or junior classes. The drama program is just terrible- the parents will practically shun your child if they miss one little rehearsal. The shows are great, don't get me wrong, but the parents get way way way too involved. Talk about drama mamas. The children obviously inherit their behavior from their parents and follow in their footsteps. St. Paul's has some great parents, and students, but not as many as other schools.
2 of my children have attended St. Paul and two are attending the school now. I must say the children love it. The teachers are amazing and the after school programs are just the cherry on top. My daughter is involved with the sprots, academic challenge, and the drama progam. And my husband is incharge of the basketball program. We just love it.
My son attended St. Paul from K thru 3, which was much too long. We moved him for the 4th grade. The academics and the environment at St. Paul are awful. The poor academics are not surprising given the lack of resources and teaching but we were shocked by the misbehavior and bullying in the general student population and the non-responsiveness of the faculty and administration to address the issues.
