Our daughter has been at ACE for 4 years now and has loved it all the way through! She has learned way beyond our expectations and is enthusiastic about going every day. Minor problem is that the classes get very small from 3rd grade onwards, because of the GT program in Fairfax county, the school needs to address this in some way. Academics are great though!

I have two children at the school. It has been my experience that the academic curriculm can take an average student at a very young age (4-5) and create an above average reader. I believe that this fact alone will allow my children to excel in the future. I have also found that the school is very good for boys because of its extremely structured environment.

ACE is known for its academic excellence. The curriculum is accelerated and keeps students challenged. Although most teachers are interested and caring, the quality of instruction is not always at a high standard. The school is attempting to expand, upgrade its facilities, and increase extra-curricular activities. Criteria for teacher selection and continuing education for teachers needs to be strengthened. We encountered some odd Biblical inerpretations from one teacher, but don't regret our overall experience. The school is highly recommended for Pre-K, K-5 and early elementary grades. Enrollment drops off significantly after 2nd grade.

I have 2 children at ACE and am happy with it. ACE places extra emphasis on phonics and math. As an academically accelerated school, students are 1-2 grades more advanced than their peers in other schools. Staff is stern but loving and never mean. 'Love and Logic' philosphy practiced. My four year old already writes in cursive! I am a happy parent!
