Our child began with Saint Ambrose five years ago and we now have two children enrolled. Our expectations were high going in, but we had no idea how incredible the school would be at the time. The faculty at Saint Ambrose are so committed to the students. We have really felt that our children's teachers have approached them as individuals and have worked to maximize their learning experience to the greatest degree possible. The fact that graduatiing 8th graders have been accepted by their first choice of high schools is a testament to the quality of education available here. The sense of community in this school is also extraordinary. We feel very fortunate to have found Saint Ambrose and are comfortable that we made the best possible choice for our children's future.

We've sent all three children through St. Ambrose, and one of those graduated recently. We pulled our eldest out of the Fx County GT program to send her to St. Ambrose because, though she was successful there, we observed that the GT program was not the premium education we believed it would be, and St. Ambrose more than met our expectations. Overall, we ve been impressed with the curriculum and implementation, and our students are sufficiently challenged in an environment prioritizing effort and discipline. There is ample opportunity for parental involvement. They don t nickel-and-dime you with scads of fundraising opportunities as is done at other schools. The Catholic faith is integrated into most every activity throughout the school day. St. Ambrose was founded and continues to operate under the guiding principle: Christ is the reason for this school . We would definitely do it all over again.

Over the past 9 years I have been going here(I'm just graduating this year and i came here in kindergarten), I have alot to say about St. Ambrose. The small class size has definitely been an advantage, and the close-knit friendships I have made are wonderful. The current principal, who is leaving after this year, has great leadership and is a perfect role model of the Christian faith. Fortunately, the new principal for next year seems just as kind and caring as our current one. Although the extracurricular activities are limited, the school is open to new things. This year a new literary magazine was started; I was on the staff. The overall atmosphere is caring and community-focused, & the morals and values you learn here are taught perfectly. I'm really going to miss St. Ambrose! -R.S, a graduating student of 9 years
