Polaris does a super job at providing caring, individualized educational experiences for the children who go there.
While our son is a bright kid, he also has some very different learning styles and requires some extra time and energy. Dealing with not only classroom teachers but PE, dance, drama, library, and other staff, we have never felt that our child was a bother or a problem for anyone. They have all given an ear and taken the time to understand his difference! Our son was very depressed at his former school; here he is celebrated, nurtured, and is reaching his potential. He cannot stand to miss a day for the dentist, snow, or a trip out of town. That is truly the greatest gift. Any school can be good when the going is good; we feel we have a challenging situation and we have been heard and helped along the way. This place is the greatest!

This is my second message. My daughters attended this school until last year. My younger daugher (I have two) would have been a fifth grader at Polaris this year. We moved to Golden two years ago and this year I decided to put my girls in schools closer to home because it was getting too expensive to drive back and forth each day. I'm very sorry that I did that. My fifth grader, Willow, is learning nothing new at her new school and complains daily about how much she misses everything about Polaris. Parents, if your children are lucky enough to get to attend Polaris at Ebert, I highly suggest you keep them there til they are done with fifth grade. It is a Wonderful program.
